We drove home Saturday from Idaho and dropped the kids off with Aunt Amber. Then headed downtown to Anniversary Inn. We ate dinner at the Roof which overlooks the Salt Lake Temple. It was so pretty and the food was yummy, but we ate way too much dessert!! We stayed in the Savannah Nights room. It was a nice room with a little breakfast nook in the turret, but in the shower was a huge gold angel and the shower head was in her mouth. It was a tad bit creepy! The next day was Sunday and we spent the day walking around the Church History museum. It was so nice to just spend uninterrupted time together. I love you honey!! Happy Anniversary!
It was an extended weekend for the kids so we took off Friday morning to Idaho Falls to visit Clint's Grandma. She is a nice lady and we had a good visit. We also went to see the graves of his mom and dad. New headstones were put on this year and they look great. We really miss our Grandma Connie. She has been gone a little over a year now. We know she is happy but we still miss her.
