I read this book recently. It is CRAZY! It was written in the 1950's, and is about what the world looks like in 1984. There are 3 main dictatorships. The world is not a happy place. The people are full of hate, fear, and misery. The men in power are power-hungry and that is all they want complete power. I believe the author George Orwell wrote this book as a warning. How long will we as a people sit by and let our power-hungry government seize more and more control?
