Our living room before: again the wood floor border has painted flowers. The fireplace I've already shown. I wish I had more pictures but this is it.
In the after: we textured, painted, and glazed the walls. Changed the window coverings, and floors and updated the fireplace.
Here is a favorite piece from this room. I bought this table at the D.I. for $25.00. I love the shape and the unique design. I painted it black and distressed it, followed with a glaze.
Here is my other favorite. I got this at a yard sale for$5.00. It was pretty ugly, but I saw potential. I added feet because it sat too low to the ground. Then just painted it black, distressed and glazed it. Clint once teased me that when I die, my coffin will be black, distressed and glazed. I'm okay with that!
