We had the family Easter celebration at our house this year. We had a yummy brunch with french toast, quiche, bacon, sausage and fruit. We had an Easter egg hunt for the kids along with coloring Easter eggs. We also watched General Conference together.
Easter morning included excited kids searching the house for hidden Easter baskets, then loading up on candy just in time to watch the Sunday sessions of General Conference. We had Clint's sister and her family over for dinner and games afterward.
It was a busy but great weekend. I feel both spiritually and emotionally uplifted! I love General Conference and what perfect timing to land on Easter Sunday. One of my favorite talks was Sat. morning given by Elder Ballard found here. He spoke to the mothers & daughters. Such great advice for me right now.
