We only spent a day and a half in Rome. Not enough time! There is so much to see, we just scratched the surface. We visited Vatican City (which is its own country). There we saw the Sistine Chapel that has the famous ceiling painted by Michelangelo, St. Peter's Square and the Basilica (the largest church in the world). Not to mention so much art I couldn't keep track of it all. We also visited the Pantheon, the Borghese Museum (one of my favorites because of the amazing sculptures), the Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish steps. Lastly, we spent time at the Coliseum and Forum.
