Disneyland

 

We just got back from a fun trip to Disneyland.  

We haven't been there in about six years so we figured it was time to take the kiddos before they grow-up.  We had the best time!  

I thought the car ride would do me in...YES we drove, but it wasn't bad at all!  The kids were great the whole trip.  

Everyone got along and were just happy to be there.

 

We spent 3 days at Disneyland.  This gave us plenty of time to do everything we wanted. It was way more crowded than we had anticipated because all the kids in California were out of school for the week.  But, the weather was fantastic which made up for the crowds. We were able to do a lot of the rides together which was so fun!  Luke was loving that he didn't have to be left out of much.

 We spent one day at the beach.  Corona Del Mar on Newport was a beach some locals suggested.  It was perfect!  I liked it just as much as many of the beaches in Hawaii.  It is in a little cove so the waves are small, great for the littles.  The sand was soft and clean, bathrooms, sand volleyball, and snack bar were all right there. We saw two dolphins swim right into the cove.  We were also entertained by a couple of guys fishing with spears.  

We definitely could have spent a whole week there!
