He watches how well the kids behave during the day and reports to Santa every night. When he returns he is always in a different spot and the kids search the house to find him.

Unfortunately we weren't patient enough to let it dry after putting it together. So all the candy decor was a little to heavy and our house fell apart. Oh well, the kids didn't care. They just wanted to eat it anyway.

He came to pick up some toys the kids donated to those in need. The little ones wondered why his hands weren't green???
